How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one working day. If it is urgent, say so in the message and it moves up the queue.
Do you charge for the first conversation or the scope?
No. The call and the written scope are free, and the scope is yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, with clients in India, the UAE, the UK and the US. Calls and check-ins are scheduled around your time zone, so where you are does not change how the project runs.
What should I include in the first message?
What you are trying to build, who will use it, anything it has to connect to, and your rough timeline. A budget range helps us scope realistically, but it is not required.
Will I be handed to a salesperson?
No. You talk to the people who would do the work. There is nobody here whose job is to close you.
